Flowers for a Friend Swap @ SCS

theme for this swap is flowers...any occasion...but had to have flowers...easy right?....NOT!...i guess i am not a flower kinda girl....had to get some ideas from the SU Galleries @ SCS...such inspiration...

Paper: rose red..regal rose..whisper white..girl diamonds dsp
Ink: rose red..regal rose
Stamp Set: looks like spring..fundamental phrases
Accessories: lg & med circle punches..so saffron button..rose ric-rac..dimensionals
so the first one i used the rock-n-roll technique on the flower...hadn't done that in ages...and this stamp is perfect for it...

Paper: pretty in pink..pink pirouette
Ink: pretty in pink
Stamp Set: sage advice
Accessories: cb..ef..lg & med oval punches..med & lt pink paper flowers..white brad..dimensionals
the second card i had trouble with...matching up the paper flowers...was going with purple and lavender...changed my mind and went with pink shades...

p.s. my back injury is not as serious as first suspected...but what a pain (literally) when stamping...good thing i got "in the zone" for awhile
