again this is a swap over @ SCS...i love salads...not just the rabbit food kind either...but the "this is a meal by it's self" or "don't count the calories...just eat it" variety...
we do quite a few get togethers in my family...all through the year...most times just to spend time with each other...and eat...potluck...BBQ...snacks while playing games...
the first recipe is very summer...refreshing and delicious...i may try it with a splash of rum this year...
