New Do

so last year around this time i posted about possibly shaving my head...my bff has ovarian cancer and was looking at doing another round of chemo...well she didn't have chemo just radiation so i put it off...this year she is again wait and see...but her new dr. thinks it will be sooner rather than later and is keeping a close eye on her....

september as many of you know is ovarian/gynecological cancer awareness month...some of you may have heard about country singer Kellie Pickler getting a buzz cut in support of her friend dealing with breast cancer (i always knew that "dingy blonde" was actually one smart cookie)...she did this the 1st of this month...i found out about it yesterday...after...well read on...

since it's september and my boss is all for it...despite my dh's reservations...we pulled out the scissors and clippers...dh did the honors...he wears his "high & tight" so i figured i could trust him...my dd's recorded it for me...went thru a few "hairstyles" in bout 15 minutes...let me know what ya think...

yep i need a haircut

mullet is NOT a good look

what's that stooge's name again?

feels abit drafty

dh was surprised that i had a well shaped head...he was worried...i got the big ears from my dad's side of the family...and i was/am/always will be a "daddy's girl"...the grands and i had picked out some bandanas last week and they are enjoying that contribution...

be safe/be well all...remember to send good vibes/thoughts out to the world...they make a difference...
