Camera Troubles...GRRR!

having a problem with my computers (all of them) recognizing my camera all of a sudden...i have tried almost everything short of formatting the card...which i will do as soon as i can get to Wally-World and get them transferred to a disc...i don't want to lose those pics...i have had trouble with this camera recently so it may be time to get a new one...wish i could afford a DSLR...but not right now..so probably another point & shoot...i like Canon...but will have to read some reviews first...i will post some cards as soon as i can...

    good luck! There are a few decent point and shoots out there....the Canon Power Shot is excellent....as is the Sony CyberShot, I believe.

    See if there is a patch/software update for your camera, sometimes that helps.

    Aw, I'm sorry - BTDT! I have to borrow from my daughter from time to time, lol. Thanks for your vegan post, too - I can identify with a lot of it! Recently my dr told me to eat red meat again and I'm just not having it!

    well my camera is a canon powershot...and it has been all in all a good camera...had it almost 7 yrs i think...i'll probably get another canon

    What a bummer! I hate it when things don't work right. My camera is on the fritz too, but like you can't afford the one that I want so I will have to settle for one that I can afford. Good luck with the search.
